Selectmen's Meeting, 5/14/96
Present: James Haggerty, Judy Murdoch, Peter Jones, Charles Flynn. Chief Berry, Atty. Earl Wilson, Joseph Nugent. Police Union, Atty. Donna Buckley, Eugene Andrews, Edward Savage, Joseph Larkin.
On Motion 5/14/96-1: by Murdoch, 2nd Jones the Board voted unanimously by hand count to enter executive session under #2 to consider discipline, or dismissal of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against a public officer, employee, staff member or individual and #3, to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation.
Chairman announced that by a roll call vote of 4-0, Board of Selectmen voted to deny the grievance presented by the Police Dept. Motion 5/14/96-2: to adjourn by Murdoch, 2nd Flynn, 4-0 vote. 10:45 p.m.
